Meet Terry Westaway

Terry Westaway, semi-retired, started his career in the oil industry and moved into the automotive industry where National senior management positions ensued in roles with BMW Australia, Toyota Motor Company and Nissan Australia.
What followed was a career in management consulting as managing director of Peak Performance Australia Pty Ltd and Peak Performance Australia Trust which traded from 1992-2015. The company specialised in business reviews on behalf of franchises and business owners, training, personnel services, business growth and improvement strategies. Living in Eaglehawk now since 2008, he continued with his business until 2015, and served the local community in various roles with St Liborius Parish, St Vincent de Paul (Assistance Centre, Eaglehawk Conference) and Social Justice Officer (Bendigo Regional Council).
